Meet Principal Webster

Dear Lasley Families and Community,

It is an honor to serve as the principal of Lasley Elementary School. From the moment I joined this community, I was struck by the strength, diversity, and deep sense of pride that make Lasley such a special place.

I believe every child deserves to feel known, valued, and capable of great things. My work as an educator and school leader has been grounded in creating inclusive learning communities where students experience both a strong sense of belonging and high expectations for learning. At Lasley, our commitment to belonging, consistency, and coherence guides the way we support students academically, socially, and emotionally.

I am especially excited about Lasley’s Dual Language program and the many languages, cultures, experiences, and strengths represented within our community. These are tremendous assets. I am committed to partnering with our staff and families to ensure that every student develops a strong academic foundation, finds joy and purpose in learning, and sees their identity reflected and celebrated at school.

Families are essential partners in this work. I value open, honest communication and want families to feel welcomed, informed, and comfortable sharing their ideas, questions, and concerns. I look forward to getting to know you—not only at school events and meetings, but also during arrival, dismissal, classroom visits, and the everyday moments that build a connected community.

Before becoming principal at Lasley, I served in a variety of teaching and school leadership roles. Across those experiences, I have remained passionate about literacy, inclusive practices, restorative approaches, and ensuring that every student receives the support and opportunities they need to thrive.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Drew, and our two sons, Charlie and William. As a family, we love traveling, exploring the outdoors, and skiing in the Colorado mountains.

I feel incredibly fortunate to be part of the Lasley Pride. Together, we will open a world of possibilities for every student while building a school where children and adults are excited to learn, grow, and belong.
