Mrs. Baca For the last twenty two years I have invested in my career as a Social Worker to serve my community with compassionate, quality customer service delivery. It has been my privilege to serve the Lasley Elementary community for the last six years as the school Social Worker and I would definitely call Lasley my" second chosen family." As the School Social Worker, I am driven to create solidarity as we seek to see that every child in our school knows his or her value and importance to the Lasley family.

 Ms. Knackstedt

I’m thrilled to start the year and I’m especially excited to see all of our Lasley Lions that are going to be a part of our community of learners and leaders.
I have been a Speech Pathologist in JEFFCO for approximately 9 years. Before I was a part of the JEFFCO family, I found my passion in working with Exceptional children as a Special Educator as well as a Speech Pathologist deep in the heart of Texas.
I was blessed to be a part of a large family consisting of older brothers in Southern New Mexico.
I earned an undergraduate degree in Communication Disorders as well as a Masters’ degree in Speech Pathology and a Masters’ degree in Special Education at New Mexico State University.
My mother was a huge influence on my chosen profession and she introduced me to the exciting world of education.
In my free time, you will catch me spending time with my four legged roommates, riding my road bike, listening to country and classical music, as well as skiing wherever the flakes are falling.
